Mobile Maintenance Technician for a portfolio of single family, condo and multi plex units throughout the metro area. Ideal candidate is a multi-tasking superstar and team player familiar utilizing Google Drive and Appfolio.   

Job Responsibilities: Respond to and complete assigned service requests in a timely manner. Duties include but are not limited to: Drain clearing, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, troubleshooting, lock replacement, turn repairs, blind replacement, vent clearing, light replacement, appliance repair or replacement. Grounds and exterior building repairs such as downspout clearing, screen replacement,  fence repair, pressure washing, painting, curb appeal and other duties as assigned by supervisor.   

Physical requirements: Exert up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects.  On occasions excess of 50 lbs in coordination with other employees.  Bending, stooping, kneeling, sitting, walking and climbing are part of the daily routine.     

Preferred Skills:  2 years of successful maintenance experience in Property Management. Proficiency in Google Drive, Calendar and smartphone/device.   Attention to detail in work performed to include documentation, photos before/after repair, coordinating entry, professional demeanor with residents and staff members .  Must have reliable vehicle and willing to use personal vehicle to drive to properties. Must be able to work independently with little supervision.  Display professional appearance.  Appfolio Software experience a plus!    

Compensation:  $22 - $26 per hour plus mileage and phone.  Pay increase review after 6 months.  Full-Time Work week is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm or Tuesday through Saturday 8am to 5pm. Sick and vacation days on accrual basis.  Paid Holidays, 401K options
